DOSING RECOMMENDATION

Drop the oil directly under the tongue and hold in place for approximately 30-60 seconds before swallowing the mixture. For best results, take daily after a meal consistently.  Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required and does not affect the potency of the product. The earthy undertones can be masked in a smoothie or taken with your favorite drink. 

Each individual should expect a varying response. The 300 mg concentrated tincture oil can be dosed based on your individual needs according to your body’s response. It is preferable to take after a meal in the evening to begin. We recommend starting with one full dropper and increasing or decreasing as appropriate after one to three days. As you titrate, the dose may be split between morning and evening, if preferred. For best results, take consistently.
