Dosing Recommendation:
Dosing varies based on the individual. It is important to find the right dose for you. We suggest beginning with an initial starting dose of one 15mg softgel in the evening with food. Monitor how you feel at this dose for one to two days. You can add an additional 15mg softgel in the morning, if you feel you need more.
